Shipping & Local Pick-Up

Shipping:

Shipping is based on weight and ships free on orders over $100.

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. With the nature of our products, we create them in small batches. We appreciate your understanding that these products are handmade with love and sometimes take a couple days to create. 

It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are recorded as delivered.  Please ensure you have a secure location for your deliveries. 

 

Bubble Island Bath Treats is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the delivery process. Once the item leaves our location improper package handling is out of our control. All packages are insured and you can make a claim with the carrier on their website. Additionally Bubble Island Bath Treats is not responsible for returned packages or incorrect shipping addresses that are captured at time of purchase. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is accurate before order completion. 

 

 Local Pick Up:

Online orders are available for pick-up at NEW location. The Estate Gallery boutique will have all local pick up orders. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for order fulfillment confirmation.
